You can pay in USDT (Tether) on two networks: TRON (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The payment is detected automatically, no receipts needed, as long as you send the exact amount of the order.
TRC20 or BEP20: which one #
They work the same for us. Pick whichever you have in your wallet or exchange:
- TRC20 (TRON network): addresses start with
T. If you send from your own wallet, you need a little TRX to pay the network fee. - BEP20 (BNB Smart Chain): addresses start with
0x. From your own wallet, you need a little BNB for the fee (gas).
What matters is that you send on the same network you chose in the order. We only accept USDT, and only on those two networks: a transfer on another network (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon...) or in another coin (USDC, BTC...) isn't detected and may not be recoverable.
The exact amount, with unique cents #
When the order is created we give you an amount like 75.03 USDT: the price plus a few cents that only your order has. That's how we know the payment is yours without asking you for anything else.
- Send exactly that amount, cents included.
- In a single transfer: two transfers that add up to the total aren't matched automatically.
- No more, no less: a different amount, even by one cent, isn't matched to your order automatically.
If you get the amount wrong, don't send another transfer to "top it up": write to us from contact with the order number and the transaction hash (txid), and we'll review it by hand.
The exchange trap #
If you send from an exchange (Binance, Bybit, OKX...), many of them deduct the withdrawal fee from the amount you send. If you enter 75.03 and the exchange charges a 1 USDT fee, 74.03 arrives at our address and the payment isn't matched.
Before confirming the withdrawal, check how much the exchange says the recipient will receive and adjust it so that it's exactly the order amount (in the example, withdraw 76.03). If your exchange lets you choose, have the fee charged separately.
Time limit #
The payment page shows a countdown: the order expires 48 hours after it's created. If you haven't paid by then, start a new order (it will have different cents).
What counts is when the transfer hits the network: if you sent it within the time limit and it confirms a little later, it's still accepted. If you send it after the order has expired, it won't be matched automatically: write to us with the order number and the txid.
Confirmations: how long it takes #
We don't treat a payment as final until the network does:
- TRC20: once the transaction is confirmed and about a minute old.
- BEP20: once it has 15 block confirmations.
In practice it confirms within a few minutes. No need to reload: the payment page checks every 15 seconds and takes you to the confirmation as soon as it lands. You can also close it once you've sent the transfer: the license arrives by email. Before closing it, write down the order number, the exact amount (with its cents), the network and the address, or keep the tab open: if you're buying for the first time without being signed in, the pending order doesn't show in My account until it's paid, so you won't be able to see those details again. Only if you started the order while signed in (always the case for a renewal) does My account show the pending order with a Continue payment button.
Before you send, check #
- Right network: the one in the order.
- Right coin: USDT.
- Address copied with the Copy button and checked after pasting (first and last characters).
- What arrives is exactly the order amount, cents included.
- One single transfer, within the time limit.
Mistakes and refunds #
An on-chain transfer can't be reversed. If something went wrong (different amount, wrong network or coin, late payment), write to us from contact with the order number, the network and the txid, and we'll review it case by case. The refund policy is in domain change and support.
