Quick answers to what comes up most, before and after installing.
Installation #
Can I install it on regular shared hosting? Yes, as long as it meets the hosting requirements: PHP 8.2+, MySQL/MariaDB (or SQLite) and the ability to schedule a task every minute.
Do I need to know how to code? No. The web installer asks for your database details and leaves the site running. If you want to customize the theme or write a plugin, that's where PHP knowledge helps.
Can I migrate a catalog I already have on another site? It depends on the source format. The CSV import plugin accepts bulk servers by TMDB ID; for the rest of the catalog, the recommended path is re-importing from TMDB.

Does MovieMaster include movies and shows? No. MovieMaster is the catalog and the page: you import metadata from TMDB and connect your own video servers. Whatever you publish is your responsibility.
What happens if TMDB doesn't have data in a given language? Whatever's available is shown; MovieMaster never invents or auto-translates a biography or synopsis that doesn't exist in that language.
License #
How much does it cost? 75 USD per site with USDT or 95 USD with PayPal, one-time, with 1 year of updates. After that, if you want to keep updating, renewal costs 25 USD a year. Step by step in buying a license.
What happens if I don't renew? Your site keeps working, fully. You just stop receiving updates, new preloaded catalog lists and store access. More detail in license and updates.
Does it renew automatically? No. There are no automatic charges: you renew from My account whenever you want. See account and renewal.
Can I use the license on another domain? It's non-transferable and anchors to the first production domain you activate it on. If your project changes domain, write to us: see domain change and support.
I lost my key. Can you resend it? We can't: we only store a fingerprint of the key and its last 4 characters. Look for the email we sent when you bought it; if you can't find it, write to us from contact with the last 4 characters (you can see them in My account).
Can I try it before buying? We don't offer a public demo today. If you have specific questions before buying, write to us from contact.
Payments #
How can I pay? With PayPal, or with USDT on the TRON network (TRC20) or BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). We don't accept other coins or networks. See paying with PayPal and paying with crypto.
I sent USDT and it isn't detected. What now? It's almost always because a different amount than the order's arrived (many exchanges deduct their fee) or it went over another network. Write to us from contact with the order number and the transaction hash (txid).
Are there refunds? If the license was never activated on any domain, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Details in domain change and support.
