- Money Player with ad blockers: if a visitor uses an ad blocker (AdBlock, uBlock…), the ad no longer keeps playing sound with no picture. If the ad is not visible on screen, it stops at once and the movie starts, and your ad network is not told it was seen, so your account is not put at risk over invalid traffic.
- "Resume" under Catalog starts the failure count from zero: after an error, the next failure used to stop the sync again.

- The catalog catches up within a minute. When a new version arrives (new titles or episodes, or a movie going from "Coming soon" to available), your site no longer downloads the whole catalog again: it only fetches what changed. With a large catalog, news used to take over an hour to show up.
- "Coming soon" and "Available" always follow the catalog, even if you turned off automatic new titles and episodes.
- Catalog sync no longer gets stuck on "Error": if something fails for a while, it resumes by itself a few minutes later from where it was, without pressing "Resume".
- Money Player: the ad no longer covers the site header when you scroll down while it plays.

- Settings → Money Player: the "Player's own colour" field only shows once you untick "Use the site's main colour". While the box is ticked (the default) it stays hidden, so it no longer looks like that colour is in use.

- Several pre-rolls in the player: under Money Player → Pre-roll you add as many as you like (a VAST tag from your network or your own MP4), one per row, and they play one after another before the movie. The notice reads "AD 1 OF 3".
- The player takes your site's main colour (Settings → Appearance, or the theme's) instead of a fixed red. If you want a different one just for the player, untick "Use the site's main colour" and pick yours.

- The queue (System → Queue) no longer fills up with failed "cache.warm" tasks ("Handler returned false") on https sites. These tasks prepare each page's cache when you publish or edit it; they now work, and any failed ones you had are removed on their own within a day.

- The scheduled task (cron) works the same whether root or the site's user starts it. Panels such as aaPanel always start it as root: whatever the cron created (cache, images, logs) ended up owned by root and the web could no longer write it, with endless errors. Now MovieMaster switches to the owner of the site before doing anything.
- If your site already had files owned by root, they are fixed when you update: the next cron minute hands them back to their owner. sudo -u www is no longer needed in the cron line (if you have it, it still works).

- Preloaded catalog: it no longer stops on "error" when a new catalog comes out while your site is downloading it. It carries on from where it was with the newest catalog of the scope you picked (500, 5,000 or everything) and finishes it complete, without starting over.
- If your sync had stopped because of this, it resumes by itself once you update: nothing to do on your side.

- If you update while a sync is under way, it reorders itself: nothing to do on your side.
- Admin → Catalog shows how many images are waiting for their turn.

- Installing on MySQL: fixed an error that stopped the installer while creating the tables.

- Catalog: each title's poster and backdrop are downloaded before moving on to the next one, so the site doesn't fill up with titles without images while it imports.
- Cron: the admin and the installer give you the exact command to paste into your hosting, with your server's PHP path.
- Extensions: "a new version is available" no longer shows when that version is the one you have installed.

- Ad scripts: under "Player and ads" there is a box for the code that goes in the <head> and another for before </body> (pop-unders, auto ads, floating bars, from any network). A checkbox pauses the ads without deleting the code.
- New catalog content arrives right away: new movies, series and episodes reach your site within minutes, following your choices (what to receive and whether it comes in published or as a draft). What you already have is never rewritten.
- A shorter admin menu and Settings with a side index: nothing runs off the screen, at any size.
- The store separates plugins and themes, shows each theme's screenshot and is also visible from the Plugins and Themes screens.
- The built-in player identifies itself with your site's license: there is nothing to set up. A license that hasn't been renewed keeps playing; renewal is for updates and the store.
- Important: after updating from an earlier version, clear the page cache (Settings → Cache).

- Smarter search: it forgives punctuation and accents ("spiderman" finds "Spider-Man", "pokemon" finds "Pokémon") and finds each title by its Spanish and English name.

- One language per site, chosen at install; old addresses with a language prefix redirect by themselves.
- The admin, the login and the installer get a new design with the MovieMaster brand, and the dashboard is rearranged with no overflow on mobile.
- The app installed on Android uses your favicon in each phone's icon shape.
- Fixed: episodes that skipped themselves in a chain, the player starting muted, logos cropped on upload and Search Console warnings in the sitemaps.
