1. The license
Buying a MovieMaster "Site" license grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and run the software on a single production domain, which the license is anchored to the first time it is activated. The license is per domain, not per server or per installation count: staging/local copies of the same domain are covered.
The license does not include hosting, a domain name, or TMDB API access — you provide those yourself.
2. Updates and renewal
The license includes one year of core, plugin and theme updates from the date of purchase. You may renew for another year for the renewal price shown on the pricing page. If you don't renew, your site keeps working exactly as installed; you simply stop receiving new updates and store access until you renew again.
While your update license was active, you may always download any version released during that period, even after it lapses.
3. Refunds
If your license was never activated on any domain, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a license has been activated, the purchase is final, except where required otherwise by law.
4. No warranty on third-party content
MovieMaster is a catalog and publishing tool. It does not host, provide or guarantee the availability of any video, image or metadata you connect to it — including content imported from TMDB or any server or embed you configure. We make no warranty about the accuracy, legality or continuity of third-party data or services.
5. Your responsibility for published content
You are solely responsible for the content you publish with MovieMaster, for holding whatever rights or licenses that content requires in your jurisdiction, and for complying with applicable law. We may suspend license support for installations used for clearly unlawful purposes.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives at this page. Material changes will be dated above.
