Your account on moviemaster.lat brings together your licenses, downloads and invoices. There's no password: you sign in with a link we email you.
Signing in with a magic link #
- Go to My account and enter the email you bought with.
- We send you a sign-in link. It works once and expires after 15 minutes.
- Open it and you're in.
For security, the screen says the same thing whether or not that email has an account. Your account is created with your first purchase: an email that never bought anything won't show any licenses.
If the link doesn't arrive, check your spam folder and wait a couple of minutes before asking for another: there's a limit on back-to-back requests. If the link is no longer valid when you open it, request a new one: some corporate email filters open links before you do and use them up.
To leave, use Sign out in the panel.
The panel #
Your licenses. Each license shows its last 4 characters; the full key is only in the email we sent when you bought it. For each one you see:
- Its status: Active, No updates (its year of updates has ended; the site keeps working) or Revoked.
- The anchored domain, or that it isn't anchored yet if you haven't activated it.
- The date it receives updates until.
- Its activations: which domains it's installed on (production, staging or local), which version and when it last checked in.
Downloads. The core, plugins and themes that license can download. Each link works once and expires after 10 minutes: if it lapses, just click Download again. The versions available are the ones published while the license had updates (the perpetual rule in license and updates).
Orders and invoices. Your recent orders and their status. Paid ones have an Invoice you can print or save as PDF from your browser. First-purchase orders started without being signed in show up here once they're paid, not before. If you started the order while signed in (always the case for a renewal), a pending, unexpired USDT order has a Continue payment button.
Billing details. Optional: name, company, country (2-letter code, like US, MX or AR) and tax ID. They appear on your invoices.
Changing your account email #
Under Change email, enter the new email. We send a confirmation link to the new address, valid for 30 minutes; the change only applies when you open it. That's how we check the address is yours. The new email can't already have another account.
From then on you sign in with the new email. Your licenses, downloads and invoices stay the same.
Renewing #
A renewal costs 25 USD and gives one more year of updates to a specific license. There's no automatic charge: if you don't renew, you're not charged anything and your site keeps working.
- Sign in to your account.
- On the license you want to renew, click Renew 1 year.
- You land on the checkout page with that license already selected. Pay with PayPal or USDT, just like the purchase.
The key doesn't change and you don't need to reinstall anything: your site picks up the new date on its next license check.
When to renew #
- Before it expires: you lose nothing. The new year is added from the current expiry date, not from the day you pay, so you can renew early.
- Expired less than 12 months ago: the new year also counts from the date it expired. If you renew 3 months late, you have 9 months ahead of you, and you regain access to everything published since it expired.
- Expired more than 12 months ago: the year starts on the day you pay.
A revoked license can't be renewed from the site. If you think that's a mistake, write to us from contact.
