What you can do if your site changes domain, when there's a refund, and how to ask us for help.
The license belongs to one domain #
Each license anchors to the first production domain you activate it on and is non-transferable: it can't be sold, handed over or moved to another project. The price is set for one site, not for an agency with several clients.
What counts as the same domain:
- With and without
wwwis the same:www.yourdomain.comandyourdomain.com. - The
staging.,dev.,test.andbeta.subdomains of the anchored domain don't consume or move the anchor. Before it's anchored there's no exception: if the first activation is onstaging.yourdomain.com, the license gets anchored to that subdomain. - Neither do local environments:
localhost, domains ending in.local,.testor.localhost, and private IPs.
Any other domain, including another production subdomain (for example movies.yourdomain.com), counts as a different domain.
Changing domains #
If your project moves to another domain (a rebrand, you lose the domain, you move from a temporary domain to the final one...), write to us. We make the change by hand, and it's reviewed case by case.
To speed things up, write from your account email and include:
- The last 4 characters of the license (you can see them in My account). Don't send us the full key: it isn't needed.
- The current domain and the new one.
- The reason for the change.
When we change it:
- The license is anchored to the new domain.
- Activations on the old domain stop being valid: that installation stops receiving updates and store access, though it keeps working like any site without an active license.
- On the new site, paste the key again under System → License.
- The date you receive updates until doesn't change.
A domain change isn't a way to use one license on two sites at once: if you need two sites, you need two licenses.
Refunds #
According to our terms:
- If your license was never activated on any domain, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Once activated, the purchase is final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
For any other case (renewals, duplicate payments, wrong USDT amounts...), the terms don't set a rule: write to us with the order number and we'll look into it. To request a refund, write to us from contact with the order number. A PayPal payment is refunded through PayPal.
Contacting support #
Support is by email. Write to us from the contact page; we answer by email.
To help you on the first try, include whatever applies:
- The order number (shown on the payment page and, once paid or if you started it while signed in, in My account → Orders and invoices).
- The last 4 characters of the license.
- The site's domain and MovieMaster version.
- For USDT payments: the network and the transaction hash (txid).
- What you expected to happen and what happened.
We don't need your full key or your PayPal or wallet login details: never send them by email.
If your license shows as Revoked in your account and you think that's a mistake, write to us here too.
